Indian Institute of Professional Studies under “Maa Vaishno Devi Educational Trust” is a valid Institution main objectives of the Institution are to promote the research work and establishment of Educational Institution in India & abroad in the various faculty in like, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Medical, Para Medical & Law. Regular/Part time/Correspondence education faculty is available in the Institution Maa Vaishno Devi Educational Law College affiliated to Lucknow University, Lucknow has been established under trust. Admission will start from the session 2009-2010. Indian Institution of Professional Studies is authorized study centre of the Bharatidasan University Tamilnadu, The Global Open University Nagaland, Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, U.P.,Bhartiya Mukt Vidyapeeth Lucknow, Singhania University Pacheri Bari ( Jhunjhunu) Rajasthan, and Mahatama Gandhi Antarrashtriya Vishwavidyalaya Vardha are conducting more than 300 Technical & Non Technical courses of above universities/Institution through distance education system. Main Office of Institution is in Lucknow and branch office is in Delhi. Various information centre are working as counsellor office in various states under Indian Institute of Professional Studies.
Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad U.P. was established under the guidance of law experts, eminent educationists and social workers for the development of education in wide areas as per provisions of the Constitution of India. Government of Uttar Pardesh, registered the Parishad for propagation and development of distance education on the pattern of Open & Distance Education System on 24 September 1984, vide file No. 7231 (M) and registration No. 821. A building of Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad U.P is under construction in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow on 25 Acr Land.
The Parishad, under Government of India Act 21-1860, is Legal and Voluntary Institution and has legal right of teaching & training under the provision of constitution. Copies of Bylaws, prospectus, etc. are sent to the various Authorities and Departments of the Government of India/State Governments and Union Territories by the Parishad from time to time.
The area of operation of the Parishad is wide and extensive all over India. Centres of examination are situated in almost all major cities of India where annual examinations are normally organized every year in May/June & December. Parishad is planning to open study and examination centres for foreigners and non-resident Indians in various parts of the world.
